States are making significant progress towards implementing a comprehensive QRIS that meets all outlined quality benchmarks; however, their progress is masked by the single figure reported. To provide a more complete picture of QRIS implementation and improvements throughout the country, OCC is intently monitoring the progress of states that won't meet all high quality benchmarks, however that have demonstrated enhancements by growing the number of benchmarks reached. For example, as of FY 2014, a minimal of six states have incorporated six quality benchmarks and at least six states have included 5 high quality benchmarks.
